Platform Assistant provides online tools for managing, analyzing, and optimizing seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms. Access is granted via web dashboard or integrated API connections.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Violating third-party API rules or scraping data without permission.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell the software.
- Uploading harmful code or using the Service for unlawful activity.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platform Assistant is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or specific results. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
